Whether you’re still a little unsure, or have decided to go ahead, starting your project is as easy as picking up the phone. I will try to arrange a time to come and meet you that fits around you and we can have an informal chat about your ideas.
A typical first meeting will include the following;

| 2) I will advise on whether your project may need planning permission along with the associated timescales and cost guidelines |
| 3) I will advise on whether your project may need building regulations approval along with the associated timescales and cost guidelines |
| 4) I will try to give a clear idea of how much my own services will cost as best I can, based upon what you tell me, along with the associated timescales |
If you decide to go ahead, I can often start to take measurements straightaway, time allowing of course, or I can arrange for a further visit to do this. I will also usually ask for a small deposit, just to confirm your commitment in appointing me to do the work on your behalf.
